My reprieve from some of my symptoms is over. Sigh. However, it’s very uplifting to know that after some major detoxing I can feel so much better. But now I’m going back into the pits of hell while I focus on killing this shit. Both my husband and my Healer think I likely have a Bartonella co-infection. When we first started to research Lyme and co-infections, we weren’t to sure about the whole thing, but now we are thinking I’m pretty messed up. Ha. My Herx from this bartonella tincture has some different features from my usual Herx’ing. The emotional fluctuations (which not only include crying crying at times, but also giggling and major brain fog) make us really suspect a co-infection. Once my blood isn’t so thick and I’ve been on my immune boosters, we are going to get the IGenex test. Probably 3 weeks to a month depending on how I’m doing. I want to do it sooner, but I don’t want waste money. Poo to Herx’ing.

so the update in July 2011: I feel like the doug coil machine has been great for Lyme, Mycoplasma but I am not really getting over Bartonella fully, even after using it for a long time. So now I am also using Lyme and Bartonella herbs and homeopathy, Deseret Biologicals series and then seeing a homeopath, Cindee Gardner. I feel like the doug coil machine is great at getting infection levels down and going through biofilms. I think you need to do other things too like immune support, raise NK cells, lower inflammation, get body temperature to 98.6F (treat hypothyroidism or thyroid hormone resistance), and be happy, do psychological methods. Also when using the coil you should move it around your body, don’t leave it in one place, do 5 mins on abdomen then 2 mins on all other body locations.
