I was very close to my Mom as well. Lost her in 2000 due to Agressive Metastic Breast Cancer. She died at only 50. Watching this video made me feel like crying as well. Ever since I lost my Mom I still have a huge void in my life, always will. The best of luck to you in your fight. You have the support of me and everyone else here on Youtube, so dont give up.

Lyme disease destroys your nervous system. If you took a pill in the beginning of your symptoms, the progress of the disease would halt or slow down. Few take it so early, and Lyme disease does not have a cure. It also may regress on its own, as any dormant virus does, meaning you need to take life and your disease more seriously.

You’re very fortunate then. But do not disregard how how sick others are. You can get VERY sick with Lyme disease and you do feel like you want to die. Just consider yourself very, very lucky.

sorry to write two comments but ran out of room. as I was saying, I lost my Mother, my rock, my comforter. Jan 19th, 2009, I totally feel your pain on this loss. I am lost without her, but am glad her battle with skin cancer and 9 years of pain is over. I am so sorry your husband is not supportive, I can’t relate to that, my hubby is now my rock now that my mom is gone. I have faced a lot in my life and I started documenting the big part on my channel, and once I get a good cam I will do more.

my husband seen a video about the famous 10 year battle with Lyme disease. He wanted me to look it up to see if its something that fits what I have been going through for over a year now. So far I am not sure, but I am sure your videos will help me to figure it out. So I subscribed and I am going to go through your videos to see if I can compare what I have been going through, with you. Thank you for documenting your struggle so people can know what its like. You WILL get through it, I just lost

Hi Jamie, I found your video today. I read the comments and it makes me even MORE of a warrior for Lyme patients and finding better treatment and prevention. I have Lyme… got it in 1994… so lots of years. I am so sorry you lost your Mom. Please know that she is there with you and your son. KNOW that things are getting better on the Lyme front. I have seen so much change in the years since I got sick. So in the next couple of years… THERE WILL BE GREAT CHANGE. FAITH and PATIENCE

Lyme is an organic brain infection. That means that it does cause all kinds of mental problems but with treatment these slowly disappear. And I also do have thyroid problems and yes my doctor is very knowledgeable. He has me on all the right meds. Thankyou for your comment.

sounds like lymes IS alot like bi-polar… Cause that Is what you just acted like. Weird… Also she knew she keeps saying um? So thyroid and now Lymes can both be linked to a mental condition. I hope you get better and I also hope our doctors know what the hell they are doing.

well i’m glad i found this. i have been gettin my but kicked by lyme for nearly 8 yrs now. did the pic line with i.v. rocephan for 2 months. seemed to help but if i dont take oral antibiotics frequently i cant seem to get up and do anything. this thing called lyme really sucks. wish they could come p with something to either irraticate it or manage it better without having to keep going on antibx to feel somewhat o.k. because even then i dont feel great..

I am convinvced that this is what I have (LD) ! After viewing Jaimiei’s series of video’s I “know” I have it now. Unfortunately my doctors scoff at this notion; Down here in Georgia they are under the impression that Lyme Disease does not exist. In the meantime Tramadol is the only thing I’ve found that is effective for the intense body pain. The attack I had last year almost left me incapacitated and unable to work and seriously considered ending it all….

Ive had Lyme for almost 3 years. The doctors are somewhat stupid when it comes to Lyme disease. I was taken back when the first doctor told me that chronic lyme doesnt exist. I was floored and thought that this is the dumbest PERSON I ever met, let alone a “Dr”. I got used to hearing it for the next 2.5 years by others doctors. I finally found a doctor that says “of course chronic Lyme exists, those doctors are crazy!” NOT ME!!!

Hey. I’m 17 and I’ve been I’ve had Lyme for almost four years. I was in a wheelchair for three and a half of those years. I have just recently been able to walk and start to get my life back. I made a video of my experience if you want to see it. It’s on my site. Good luck!

I’m Dealing With Lyme, I have it but traditional testing says I don’t, so trying to get Dr. to even give me antibiotics is a problem. I live in NH. I Figured out that I’ve been sick over a year now and just figured it out. I’m a pharmacist and was wondering has your Dr. tried IV antibiotics or just oral? Because IV’s get past the “Blood Brain Barrier” and can then treat in your CNS (“central Nervous system”)let me know thank
Stuart P.S you have a accent are you from Utah?

I am so sorry that you are feeling this way because I know so well the feelings you are explaining. The heart and the not sleeping are the worst. You have to make sure you are treating it the right way and don’t stop treating until you feel better. God has done amazing things for me since I became ill.
