The doctor that removed my engorged tick also told me “lyme is difficult to get” and did NOT treat me with antibiotics. Fast forward 2 years, I’ve been through the hospital twice with paralysis and STILL have not received IV antibiotics. I’m on oral antibiotics and have been unable to go back to work because I’m sick EVERY DAY. From
being a prior IRONMAN athlete I’m not bedridden and have headaches each morning. I’m sick of doctors that say LYME DISEASE IS EASILY TREATABLE. IT’S NOT!! You can’t find doctors to treat you!!!!!!
